The St. Augustine’s University Foundation contributed in preserving, protecting and making accessible the records of the University St. Augustine’s ("USA"), its predecessor educational and church bodies, Inter-Episcopalian Agencies and prominent leaders of the Institution of Higher Education ,and the International Episcopalian Cathedral Church.
With a focus on serving historians, congregations, synods, genealogists and others interested in history, The Ministry of Education Archives works closely with the archives of the Cathedral St. Augustine’s National Ministry of Education, SYNODS and Nationwide Regional the International Christian Academy to provide resources and answer questions.
To aid researchers, the Archives catalog contains aids for finding processed collections, as well as brief records for unprocessed materials. Those seeking information on congregational microfilm, the Archives can be contacted directly. The Archives' staff is dedicated to helping with reference inquiries, whether they are genealogical or historical.
Located at 1629 K Street, NW Suite 300, Washington DC, Archives is open from 8:00 AM - 5:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday, visits are by appointment only.
